Government employers are continuing to juggle providing total compensation that facilitates recruitment and retention of employees, balancing budgets in an uncertain and volatile economy and public finance world, and responding to sustained compensation demands from unions at the bargaining table. This webinar will explore trends and tips to address compensation and labor negotiations proposals.
Speakers
Brandon Fitzsimmons is the head of Flaherty & Hood, P.A.'s labor relations, employment law, and human resources practice. Brandon represents, advises, and provides analysis for dozens of public employers in labor relations and employment law matters and has been with Flaherty & Hood since 2004.
As a Compensation & HR Analyst, Ethan provides data analysis and specialized compensation consultancy to local governments. His expertise spans several key areas, including compensation strategy development, competitive market analysis, data analysis, job evaluation and analysis, organizational structure analysis, HR collaboration, and legal compliance.
Registration & Pricing
Registration is required to attend the webinar. The cost for attendance is $50 for staff and elected officials from CGMC member cities and $75 for non-members. If you have questions about CGMC membership status, send us an email.
