Landmark was formed in 2000 to provide specialized professional consulting services to clients who buy, sell, redevelop, and manage properties affected by environmental conditions. Our expertise covers all aspects related to the assessment, investigation, and remediation of brownfields and working with regulatory agencies, most often the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA). Landmark is a small, women-owned business with certifications with the Central Certification (CERT) Program (Women-Owned Business Enterprise [WBE]), as well as other local, state, federal and corporate programs and designations.
